The FY2025 report certifies 229,696.94 received since 2022, interest included, and 69,245.70 expended between 07/01/2024 and 06/30/2025 (p1). The FY2024 report certifies 11,467.08 expended in its period, and the FY2023 report certifies 0.00 expended as of 06/30/2023. On the Borough's own reports, 80,712.78 was spent and 148,984.16 was left on 06/30/2025. The FY2025 report certifies 15,982.88 of unspent or uncommitted funds on hand (p1). That is 133,001.28 less than the reports leave. Setting aside the 17,540.30 the report certifies as encumbered still leaves 131,443.86. The certified figure follows from neither.
