FY2025 balance leaves out 739.88 of certified interest

The FY2024 report certifies 435.94 of interest accrued since 2022. The FY2025 report certifies 303.94 of interest for 07/01/2024 to 06/30/2025, for 739.88 in all. The three reports certify 91,952.23 of settlement payments through 06/30/2025. The FY2025 report gives 92,256.17 as the total received since 2022, labeled as including interest. That is the payments plus only the FY2025 interest. It certifies 0.00 expended and 91,952.23 on hand, the payments with no interest at all. With nothing ever spent, the reports' own figures give 92,692.11. The FY2026 report agrees. It certifies 111,178.82 received since 2022 and the same 111,178.82 on hand, which is 92,692.11 plus the 18,213.51 received and 273.20 of interest it reports for FY2026. The FY2025 balance leaves out the 739.88 of interest the Borough certified. No ledger has been produced.
