Two reports put more on hand than it ever received

The FY2024 report certifies 10,511.07 received in the year, 0.00 of interest and 37,136.69 received since 2022, which is the 26,625.62 the FY2023 report gives as received through 06/30/2023 plus the year's receipts. It certifies 4,161.18 expended, 0.00 encumbered and 40,302.23 of unspent and uncommitted money on hand (p1). That is 3,165.54 more than every dollar received, and 7,326.72 more than the 32,975.51 its own figures leave. The FY2025 report certifies 4,119.31 received in the year, 41,256.00 received since 2022, 0.00 expended, 0.00 encumbered and 44,421.54 on hand (p1). That is again 3,165.54 more than everything received, and 7,326.72 more than the 37,094.82 the figures leave. The FY2025 on hand figure is the FY2024 figure plus the 4,119.31 received in FY2025. The Borough has not produced a ledger.
