Left 75,801.14 of settlement deposits out of its receipts

The FY2024 report certifies 10,651.61 received between 07/01/2023 and 06/30/2024 and 23,418.71 received since the distribution began in 2022 (p1). The bank listing shows ten wires into the settlement account in that period, 73,148.51 in all. The certified 10,651.61 is the first two, 8,489.16 on 08/02/2023 and 2,162.45 on 11/09/2023, to the cent. The seven wires of 04/30/2024 and the wire of 06/17/2024, 62,496.90 in all, are left out. The FY2023 report certifies 12,767.10 received as of 06/30/2023 (p1). The account took in three wires by then, 9,161.23 on 11/03/2022, 10,929.01 on 12/30/2022 and 5,981.10 on 06/16/2023, 26,071.34 in all. That is 13,304.24 more than reported. By 06/30/2024 the account held 99,219.85 of settlement money. The FY2024 report's 23,418.71 is 75,801.14 short, the sum of the two gaps. The FY2025 report carried the same shortfall into its 66,263.59.
