FY2025 balance leaves out 1,470,266.88 received earlier

The FY2025 report certifies 2,414,945.25 received between 07/01/2024 and 06/30/2025 and 3,918,325.00 received since 2022. That total is the 1,503,379.75 the FY2024 report certified plus the FY2025 receipts, to the cent. It certifies 136,526.03 expended and 0.00 appropriated or encumbered for the year. With 33,112.87 certified spent in FY2024 and 0.00 in FY2023, the City's own figures leave 3,748,686.10 unspent and uncommitted. The report certifies 2,278,419.22 on hand. That is the FY2025 receipts less the FY2025 spending, to the cent. It leaves out the 1,470,266.88 that remained of the money received before 07/01/2024, although the question asks for unspent funds from any reporting year. No ledger has been produced.
