The FY2025 report certifies 10,718.63 expended, 0.00 encumbered and 0.00 administrative for the year. By the Township's own figures that leaves 135,933.01 unspent. The report certifies 61,131.03 unspent and uncommitted on hand. That is the year's 71,849.66 less the year's 10,718.63, to the cent. It is 74,801.98 below the Township's own figures, which is exactly what the Township certified it received through 06/30/2024. The balance counts none of the money received before the year. No ledger has been produced.
