FY2026 balance is 2,370.65 below its own figures

The FY2026 report certifies 101,719.02 received since 2022, 18,379.68 of it between 07/01/2025 and 06/30/2026, with 0.00 of interest, 0.00 spent and 0.00 encumbered in the year (pages 1 and 2). Across the four reports the only spending certified is 26,527.78 in FY2025, on the Full Time Crisis Intervention Social Worker (FY2025 report, pages 1 and 2). Received less spent leaves 75,191.24. The FY2025 report certified 56,811.56 on hand at 06/30/2025, and that balance plus the 18,379.68 received in FY2026 also gives 75,191.24. The FY2026 report certifies 72,820.59 of unspent and uncommitted funds currently on hand (page 2). That is 2,370.65 less, in a year the report says nothing was spent, encumbered or transferred. The report gives no reason for the difference. The Township has produced no ledger.
