The Borough produced no payroll record tying any officer, title or pay period to the settlement money, and the chief financial officer stated in writing that the funds are not earmarked for a specific police officer. The money went into the aggregate salary pool. There is no dedicated position, no co-responder and no outreach role funded by any of the 395,894.26.
