FY2026 on hand figure leaves out 1,603,774.24

The FY2026 report certifies 2,120,253.10 received since 2022, 283,129.44 of it between 07/01/2025 and 06/30/2026, and 43,184.24 spent in that period (p1). It certifies 0.00 encumbered, 0.00 administrative and 239,945.20 of unspent or uncommitted funds from any reporting year on hand (p2). The three earlier reports certify 0.00 spent through 06/30/2024 and 233,349.42 spent between 07/01/2024 and 06/30/2025. On the City's own reports, 276,533.66 was spent and 1,843,719.44 was left. The certified 239,945.20 is the year's receipts less the year's spending, to the cent, and is 1,603,774.24 less than the reports leave. The FY2025 report certified 1,262,481.31 on hand at 06/30/2025. Carried forward with the FY2026 receipts and spending, that gives 1,502,426.51. The FY2026 figure leaves out the whole prior balance. The City has produced no ledger.
