FY2025 report accounts for 96,244.38 more than it received

The FY2025 report certifies 158,013.91 received since the distribution commenced in 2022, including interest. In the same report it certifies 10,459.59 expended in the period, 120,698.58 appropriated or encumbered and not yet spent, and 123,100.12 in unspent and uncommitted funds on hand. Those three figures total 254,258.29, which is 96,244.38 more than everything the Borough reports receiving, before counting the 20,050.00 the FY2024 report certifies as expended the year before. The report does not say which figure is wrong, and no ledger has been produced.
