FY2025 report lists 12,654.28 more on hand than received

The FY2025 report certifies 157,986.74 received since the distribution commenced in 2022, including interest (p1). It certifies 21,230.52 expended and 0.00 encumbered between 07/01/2024 and 06/30/2025 (p1). The FY2023 and FY2024 reports certify 0.00 expended. By the Borough's own figures, 136,756.22 was left. The report certifies 170,641.02 unspent and uncommitted on hand (p1). That is 12,654.28 more than everything the Borough says it received, and 33,884.80 more than its own figures leave after the year's spending. The same 157,986.74 is the three years of payments with no interest. It leaves out the 614.41 of interest the FY2024 report certified. No ledger has been produced.
