Its only program block is the same Black Poster Project, funded and launched 05/17/2024, one time only, 1,500.00 expended (pages 2 and 3). That date falls before the FY2025 period began. The report also answers Yes to funding a new program that year. Its narrative describes support for one student through the K.E.Y.S. Academy (page 2), which no program block reports. Either the same 1,500.00 is counted in two years, or the FY2025 spending is reported under a program that took place the year before. No ledger has been produced.
