On those figures 23,487.90 was unspent at 06/30/2025. The FY2025 report certifies 0.00 expended, 0.00 encumbered and 0.00 on administration, and answers No to funding any new program. Asked in the same report how it decided to use the money, the Township answered that it had not come up with a plan yet. The FY2023 report answers No to having a strategic plan, and the FY2024 and FY2025 reports answer that there is none yet. All three answer No to having completed a risk assessment. The FY2025 report answers No, but plan to in the future, on engaging the public before deciding how to use the funds. The FY2026 report, published 10/01/2026, certifies 10,258.89 more received, 36,361.89 in all, and again 0.00 expended, 0.00 encumbered and No to funding any program. Asked which officials decided how to spend the funds that year, it answered nothing spent yet.
