Three of those charges are cotton T-shirts from Crestline Specialties, 492.00 on order 292640 on 11/25/2025, a reimbursement to Prevention Resources for a Chick-fil-A lunch, 493.91 on order 295088 on 12/12/2025, and purple power clips from 4imprint, 1,813.11 on order 299700 on 04/30/2026. Apparel, giveaway merchandise and catering are not among the uses Exhibit E lists. No record shows a program that used them, so no listed use covers them.
