The FY2025 report certifies 0.00 expended and 1,000.00 appropriated or encumbered but not yet spent between 07/01/2024 and 06/30/2025 (p1, questions 6 and 7). It answers No to whether it funded any new program (p2, question 16). Asked how it decided the best way to use the money that year, the same report answers "We only used $1,000 for Project Graduation." (p2, question 11). The FY2026 report, for 07/01/2025 to 06/30/2026, certifies 0.00 spent and 0.00 encumbered and answers that nothing has been spent yet (p1 and p2, questions 6, 7 and 11). The Borough's Budget Detail Inquiry printed 05/28/2026 shows the five settlement accounts added on 10/31/2025 with no payment, encumbrance or journal through 05/28/2026 (pp1 to 5). No produced ledger covers FY2025. The report cannot say 1,000.00 was used and certify that nothing was spent.
