What the record does not show
The Town has produced no ledger. Its reports describe 35,554.95 spent on police equipment and talks to children. No vendor, invoice or purchase order is on file. Only the account that holds the money can show what was bought, when, and from whom. That record is owed.
How this project classifies spending is set out in the methodology and the rubric. Corrections follow the corrections policy.
