FY2026 on hand figure is 17,036.50 below its own math

The FY2026 report certifies 267,740.71 received since 2022, 43,690.70 spent between 07/01/2025 and 06/30/2026 and 0.00 encumbered (p1, p2). The three earlier reports certify 80,712.78 spent through 06/30/2025. On the Borough's own reports, 124,403.48 was spent and 143,337.23 was left. The FY2026 report certifies 126,300.73 of unspent or uncommitted funds on hand (p2), 17,036.50 less. It also contradicts the year before. The FY2025 report certifies 15,982.88 on hand. Add the 38,043.77 received in FY2026 and take away the 43,690.70 spent, and 10,335.95 remains. The FY2026 figure is 110,317.85 higher than that.
