It gives the date funded and the launch date as 12/1/23, disbursed one time only. 59,596.30 is every dollar the report certifies received as of 06/30/2023 (page 1). 12/1/23 falls inside the next reporting period, 07/01/2023 to 06/30/2024. The FY2024 report for that period certifies 0.00 expended and 0.00 encumbered, answers No to whether any program was funded in the year, and certifies 113,423.51 on hand, every dollar received since 2022 (pages 1 and 2). The FY2025 and FY2026 reports carry no update for the program. The two reports cannot both be true. The Village has produced no ledger.
