The FY2026 report certifies 192,654.98 received since 2022, 50,000.00 transferred to the county, 13,207.90 spent and 7,050.00 encumbered but not yet spent between 07/01/2025 and 06/30/2026 (pages 1 and 2). It certifies 29,742.10 of unspent and uncommitted funds currently on hand (page 2). The report's own figures leave 122,397.08, which is 192,654.98 less 50,000.00, 13,207.90 and 7,050.00. The certified balance is 92,654.98 lower. It equals the 50,000.00 county transfer less the 13,207.90 spent and the 7,050.00 encumbered, to the cent. The balance was computed from the transfer, not from the money received. The FY2025 report had certified 164,276.98 on hand at 06/30/2025, and the Village certifies 28,278.00 received in FY2026. The Village has produced no ledger.
