The FY2023 report certifies 0.00 expended as of 6/30/2023 (p1). On the report's own figures the Township received 52,820.39 with no interest and spent nothing, so it could hold no more than 52,820.39. The certified figure on hand is 1,093.02 more than every dollar the report says the Township ever received. The 2023 account history shows the Opiod Settlement line 01-2010-41-7250-551 with a budget of 823.38 and nothing paid (printed page 175). No balance in the record gives 53,913.41.
