The FY2024 report, page 1, certifies 37,357.36 received since 2022 at Q3, 16,097.36 transferred to the county at Q5 and 0.00 expended at Q6. Those figures leave 21,260.00. The same page certifies 28,506.56 of unspent funds on hand at Q9. The Township receipts schedule shows 37,357.36 received through 06/25/2024, and the 2024 appropriation shows one payment, 16,097.36 to the County of Bergen on 05/21/2024, check 92583. The books held 21,260.00 on 06/30/2024. The 7,246.56 difference is four receipts of 07/31/2024, after the reporting period closed: 3,910.76, 1,002.14, 1,179.36 and 1,154.30. The FY2025 report counts the same four receipts again as FY2025 money at Q1. The FY2024 balance does not follow from the FY2024 report's own figures.
