The FY2023, FY2024 and FY2025 reports each certify 0.00 spent. Received less spent is 182,162.83. The same report certifies 174,010.22 unspent on hand (p2, question 9), 8,152.61 less. Of that gap, 8,152.31 is the 08/02/2023 wire, receipt R 7134, that the cumulative figure counts twice. The other 0.30 sits between the two reports. The FY2025 report certifies 146,604.78 on hand (p1, question 9). Adding the FY2026 receipts of 27,888.43 and taking away the 482.69 spent gives 174,010.52, not 174,010.22. Neither report accounts for the 0.30.
