It answers question 10, the County's goals and priorities, with "N/A - not developed yet." It answers question 12, whether the County engaged the public, with "No, but plan to in the future." Question 18 asks for the County's rationale for using the funds. The report answers "Stakeholder Input, Strategic Plan, and Gap Analysis" (page 2). The same report says the plan does not exist and names it as the basis for its decisions. The report certifies 540,002.97 received and 0.00 expended as of 06/30/2023.
