FY2025 on-hand figure exceeds all money ever received

The FY2025 report certifies 2,248,171.54 received since the distribution began in 2022, 0.00 of interest, and 1,278.00 expended between 07/01/2024 and 06/30/2025 (page 1). It then certifies 2,604,966.56 of unspent and uncommitted funds on hand (page 2). That is 356,795.02 more than every dollar the County says it ever received, and 358,073.02 more than received less spent. The FY2026 report certifies 427,666.77 received, 0.00 of interest and 0.00 expended between 07/01/2025 and 06/30/2026 (page 1), then 2,674,560.31 on hand (page 2). Carrying the FY2025 balance forward gives 3,032,633.33. The FY2026 figure is 358,073.02 lower with nothing spent. It equals the County's own 2,675,838.31 received to date less the 1,278.00 spent in FY2025. The two reports cannot both be right. The County certifies 0.00 interest in every year. No ledger has been produced.
