The FY2024 report says "The opioid settlement funding pays for the Crisis Intervention Social Worker Program, Salary and Wages" (p2). It says the funds "are used to fund the Crisis Intervention Social Worker program" and gives the program's caseload for 2023 and January to June 2024 (p2). The same report certifies 0.00 expended and 0.00 encumbered between 07/01/2023 and 06/30/2024 (p1), and answers No when asked whether the Township funded any program with the money (p3). The FY2023 report also certifies 0.00 expended. A fund that paid a salary cannot have spent 0.00. The FY2026 report later certifies 66,158.08 expended on the same program under a FY2023 label (p15). No ledger has been produced.
