Asked for every resolution and ordinance that authorized settlement money for police salaries or any of the reclass entries, including any Chapter 159 insertion, the Township produced three resolutions. Two are Chapter 159 insertions and one is a year end cancellation. Resolution R-146-2024 inserts 21,841.62 into the 2024 budget and appropriates a like sum under the title National Opioid Settlement Fund. Resolution R-134-2025 does the same for 37,158.15 in the 2025 budget. Resolution R-155-2024 cancels a residual receivable and appropriation reserve of 1,261.31 at the 2024 year end. None of the three names police salary, payroll or any abatement program. Each journal entry that converted the appropriation was posted under the same user code, KP. The Chief Financial Officer is named as the recipient on the transmittal memos filed with the 2025 insertion resolution and with the cancellation resolution.
