Said it engaged the public, then said it had not

The FY2024 report asks whether the Township engaged the public before deciding how to use the funds it received between 07/01/2023 and 06/30/2024. It answers "Yes, for one year funding" (p2, question 12). The next question asks the Township to describe that public engagement. It answers "No, but plan to in the future" (p2, question 13). The FY2025 report gives the same two answers for 07/01/2024 to 06/30/2025 (p2, questions 12 and 13). Both reports also certify 0.00 expended and answer No to funding any program, so there was no use of the funds for the public to weigh in on. The FY2023 report answered "No, but plan to in the future" to the same question.
