Three reports, nothing spent, then no FY2026 report

The Township's first three reports certify no spending of its opioid settlement money. The FY2023 report certifies 11,876.30 received and 0.00 expended as of 06/30/2023. The FY2024 report certifies 15,326.13 received since 2022 and 0.00 expended, encumbered or spent on administration. The FY2025 report certifies 17,966.76 received since 2022 and again 0.00 expended, encumbered or spent on administration, with 17,966.76 on hand. Each report states the same goals, including the purchase of overdose prevention drugs and training for police officers, EMS and social workers. None lists a program. The State's FY2026 page for the Township, published 10/01/2026, reads "No Report Received." The Township has produced no ledger, so none of these figures can be tested against the books.
