Both reports certify 0.00 expended, and the account paid nothing before 11/12/2024. The FY2024 report then certifies 34,739.80 unspent and uncommitted on hand (p1). That is 531.70 more than everything the Township had received. The same report also certifies 7,000.00 appropriated or encumbered but not yet spent, so its figures account for 41,739.80 out of 34,208.10.
