Reported 18,844.10 more on hand than it had received

The FY2024 report, page 1, covers 07/01/2023 to 06/30/2024. It certifies 71,575.09 received in the year, 2,000.00 of interest accrued since 2022, 109,455.33 received since 2022, 0.00 expended, 0.00 encumbered and 128,299.43 of unspent and uncommitted funds on hand. The FY2023 report also certifies 0.00 expended. On the report's own figures the Township had received 109,455.33 and spent nothing, so it could not hold more than 109,455.33. The certified figure on hand is 18,844.10 more than every dollar the report says the Township received. Account 02-213-41-807-300 shows no payment and no order from 01/01/2022 to 12/04/2025. Its balance stood at 46,302.74 on 06/30/2024. It reached 128,299.43 only on 09/09/2024, when budget entry BUD 39 added an appropriation of 81,996.69. That balance is a budget figure, not money received. The FY2025 report, page 1, then certifies 41,923.31 received, 0.00 spent and 149,378.64 on hand. 128,299.43 plus 41,923.31 is 170,222.74, so the FY2025 report holds 20,844.10 less than the FY2024 figure would carry forward. Both on hand figures cannot be true.
