The FY2025 total is 2,000.00 lower. The FY2026 report, page 1, certifies 28,416.09 received and 179,794.73 received since 2022. That is 151,378.64 plus 28,416.09, so the 2,000.00 is back in. Page 2 of the same report certifies 0.00 expended, 0.00 encumbered, 0.00 administrative and 177,794.73 unspent on hand, and says no funds were used during the year. 177,794.73 is the FY2025 total of 149,378.64 plus 28,416.09, without the 2,000.00. Every Township report from FY2023 to FY2026 certifies 0.00 expended, and account 02-213-41-807-300 shows no payment and no order from 01/01/2022 to 12/04/2025. With nothing spent, the money on hand equals the money received. The FY2026 report counts the 2,000.00 as received and leaves it out of the money on hand. Both figures cannot be true.
