It certifies 18,397.13 expended, 0.00 encumbered and 178,540.50 unspent and uncommitted on hand (p1). The FY2023 report certifies 59,081.09 received and 12,365.00 expended as of 06/30/2023 (p1). On the FY2024 report's own cumulative, 190,615.90 received less 30,762.13 spent leaves 159,853.77. The certified on hand figure is 18,686.73 more than that. The two reports' receipts add to 176,938.05, so the on hand figure is also 1,602.45 more than every dollar the Township reported receiving, before any spending. No ledger or bank record has been produced.
