It certifies 141,759.03 spent (p1), 0.00 encumbered and 6,000.00 administrative (p2), and 66,461.91 unspent and uncommitted on hand (p4). The four reports certify 12,365.00, 18,397.13, 55,187.35 and 141,759.03 spent, 227,708.51 in all. 303,662.72 less 227,708.51 leaves 75,954.21. With nothing encumbered, the certified on hand figure is 9,492.30 less than the reports' own figures leave. The report does not say where that money went. Its program updates are dated 08/20/2025 to 09/21/2026. No ledger or bank record has been produced.
