funds-unspent · 6 documents · 10/03/2026The Township certified more money on hand than it certified ever receiving.
The FY2024 report certifies 45,667.03 received since distribution began in 2022, zero interest and zero expended. Question 9 of the same report certifies 63,377.62 unspent and uncommitted on hand, which is 17,710.59 more than every dollar it reports receiving. The FY2025 report certifies 51,747.82 received since 2022 including interest, zero interest and zero expended, and 69,458.41 unspent and uncommitted on hand. The gap is again 17,710.59. With nothing spent, the balance on hand and the total received should be the same figure. Both cannot be accurate. The Township's reserve accounts carry 100,092.10 as of 06/03/2026, which matches neither figure. The Township produced no revenue record, so which figure is right cannot be settled from the record.
