The 2024 line, 4-01-55-600-141, opens on 01/01/2024 with 39,613.04 rolled over from the 2023 reserve. That is the full amount the FY2023 report gives as received through 06/30/2023. On 01/29/2024 an expenditure of 39,613.04 under Reference 6802 takes the line to 0.00. The print names no payee. The FY2024 report states the same 39,613.04 as transferred to the county.
On 07/31/2024 the 2024 grant of 21,471.22 was appropriated to the same line. It was unexpended at 12/31/2024 and carried into grant account B-02-41-524-024. The 2025 appropriation of 85,560.00 sits in B-02-41-524-025.
Purchase order 25-02878 was first encumbered on 08/04/2025. Check 21903 paid both balances to the County of Morris on 08/20/2025, 107,031.22 in all. Each account ends at 0.00. The County's settlement ledger books 107,031.22 as Township of Morris payment 2 on 09/11/2025.
