The FY2024 report certifies 1,070,269.20 expended between 07/01/2023 and 06/30/2024, of which 696,695.41 was program administrative expense (page 1). Asked whether the City funded any programs with opioid abatement funds that year, it answers No (page 7). Its update on the Opioid Awareness program then says the amount spent on the program in FY2024 is 373,573.79 (page 9), which is 1,070,269.20 less 696,695.41. The FY2025 report carries the same program forward and prints 0.00 as the amount expended between 07/01/2023 and 06/30/2024 (page 17), with a last updated date of 09/24/2024 (page 18). The City has reported the same year's program spending as none, as 373,573.79 and as 0.00. The City has produced no ledger.
