It certifies 77,680.32 unspent and uncommitted on hand (p1, question 9), 13,709.25 more than everything it reports receiving. The Town's Cash Receipts listing shows 65,060.02 deposited through 06/30/2024. Adding the 12,620.30 deposited on 07/31/2024, a month after the period closed, gives 77,680.32 to the cent. The on-hand figure counts a deposit from the next fiscal year and the 1,088.95 deposit of 01/31/2023 that the received figure leaves out. The FY2025 report then certifies 48,298.70 on hand (p1, question 9).
