Says it funded no program, then lists 17,204.86 on one

The FY2026 report answers No when asked whether the Town funded any programs with settlement money between 07/01/2025 and 06/30/2026 (p4, question 17). On the same page it updates the Secaucus Coalition / KAI Coalition program it reported in FY2025 and certifies 17,204.86 expended on it in that period (p4, item 3). Its question 6 certifies the same 17,204.86 spent in the year (p1), which is also the exact amount it certifies received in the year (p1, question 1). A Town that funded no program in the year cannot have spent 17,204.86 on one. The Town produced no record of any payment to the program.
