The proposal it rests on covers about 50 police employees and their household members for problems that include family and marital conflict, stress, legal and financial issues and career coaching. Both purchase orders give the reason as a new requirement for accreditation. Exhibit E's Treatment uses are treatment for opioid use disorder. No listed Treatment use covers an annual enrollment fee for a staff counseling benefit, and no opioid use disorder treatment through the program is documented.
