First ledger production left out a second opioid department

The County's first posting report for its opioid settlement fund covered Fund 023 Department 802 only. A second department, Fund 023 Department 818, has paid the same providers since 05/07/2025. Its payments appear in the vendor histories and the 2026 account activity report the County produced later. Through 08/19/2026 Department 818 paid 1,267,327.16 in 27 payments. Nine of them, 483,822.33, were made before 05/01/2026 and so fell inside the period the first report covered. Every Department 818 payee is a treatment, recovery or prevention provider. Before 05/01/2026 the record shows Department 818 payments only for the providers named in the vendor history request.
