The difference sits in one program. The report certifies 7,913.34 expended on Targeted Outreach and Engagement by Lakewood Community Services Corporation. The books show one payment to that provider in the window, 4,000.00 on 05/07/2025. The record does not show what the other 3,913.34 was.
