Settlement money funded a provider new to the County

The County's vendor histories cover every fund from 2018 through 08/2026. Sea Change Recovery Community Organization first appears on 04/03/2024, and every payment it has received from the County came from the opioid settlement fund. For the Board of Health, the Mental Health Association in New Jersey and Bright Harbor Healthcare, the County's funding from other sources held or grew in the years settlement money was added.
