Five general journals charged 2,233.45 of police pay under the pay type LEAD, 198.18 on 01/30/2026, 508.82 on 05/08/2026, 198.18 on 05/22/2026, 508.82 on 06/05/2026 and 819.45 on 06/18/2026. The payroll registers for those dates place the pay in Police Patrol and match each journal to the cent. Check 39630 paid L.E.A.D. Inc. 229.50 less a 95.00 discount, 134.50 net, on 05/21/2026 for a one day instructor certification training, grade 5, on purchase order 61877. At 06/30/2026 orders 61995, 62118 and 62547 to the same vendor held 1,091.50 open. None of this spending has been reported to the State. The FY2023, FY2024 and FY2025 reports each certified 0.00 expended, and the books agree for those years.
