The FY2024 report certifies 108,709.49 received since 2022 and 0.00 expended between 07/01/2023 and 06/30/2024. At Q7 it certifies 81,354.62 appropriated or encumbered but not yet spent. At Q9 it certifies 81,354.02 unspent and uncommitted on hand. The two figures total 162,708.64, which is 53,999.15 more than everything the Borough says it received. After the 15,210.00 the FY2023 report certifies as spent, 93,499.49 remained. Money cannot be both committed and uncommitted.
