At Q8a, asked for the details, it answers "No administrative expenses, all spent on speaking engagements." The same report certifies 17,145.00 expended in the period at Q6, and the one program block, Community Policing "Get the word out" opioid addiction, reports 17,145.00. The administrative figure is 13,440.00 larger than all the spending the report certifies. Its Q9 balance, 58,179.33, follows from neither reading. The report's own 116,303.33 received since 2022, less the 15,210.00 certified for FY2023 and the 17,145.00 for FY2025, leaves 83,948.33. Less the 30,585.00 as well, it leaves 53,363.33. The Borough has produced no ledger.
