The Borough's four reports certify 15,210.00 expended for FY2023, 0.00 for FY2024 and 17,145.00 for FY2025. Received less that spending and the FY2026 encumbrance leaves 72,579.11, which is 6,097.25 more than the certified balance. Counting the 30,585.00 of FY2025 administration as well leaves 41,994.11, which is 24,487.75 less. The certified balance follows from neither. At Q8a, the details of administrative expenses, the report lists "AEDs 9 units" beside a Q8 of 0.00. The Borough has produced no ledger.
