Operation Access and Response carries 34,534.62 (page 7). EmpowerED, Living Proof, a one time session on 03/15/2025, carries 1,694.67 encumbered beside 1,694.67 spent, against 3,500.00 of funding (page 10). The two total 36,229.29. The certified figure equals the first alone and leaves out 1,694.67. The FY2026 report gives no update for EmpowerED, so the 1,694.67 is reported neither spent nor released. No ledger has been produced.
