That is 0.00 in FY2023, 62,376.06 in FY2024, 38,093.62 in FY2025 and 86,359.52 in FY2026. The FY2026 report certifies 4,884.91 encumbered and 247,495.05 of unspent and uncommitted funds on hand (page 2). On the Township's own figures, 498,517.34 less 186,829.20 spent and 4,884.91 committed leaves 306,803.23. The certified balance is 59,308.18 lower. The reports do not say where that money is. The gap has grown each year. The FY2024 report leaves 40,178.78 unaccounted for (351,364.39 received, 62,376.06 spent, 600.00 encumbered, 248,209.55 on hand). The FY2025 report leaves 50,451.25 (428,859.77 received, 100,469.68 spent to date, 34,534.62 encumbered, 243,404.22 on hand). No ledger has been produced.
