Who has to report opioid settlement spending in New Jersey?

Every county and municipality that receives a direct allocation files an annual report with the Department of Human Services. The report names each program, what it paid and what is left on hand.How we check a report

No. Exhibit E of the national settlement lists the approved uses: treatment, recovery, prevention, harm reduction and related supports. What does a grade mean here?

A grade comes from a published rubric applied by code, with no analyst discretion. Reporting integrity carries half the weight, spending conformity carries forty percent, and records behaviour carries ten.
